Job Description
The opportunity has arisen for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join us as a departmental coach, responsible for conducting all inductions and training throughout the department, including group and one to one coaching, as well as performance assessments.
Your other responsibilities will include maintaining a full library of working manuals and coaching material to assist in the training of both existing and new staff.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a commercial coaching environment
- Experience of coaching in a call centre environment
- Must be confident and outgoing
- Flexible
