Phil has worked as a highly successful client development director for over seven years, holding previous roles within a variety of financial service organisations including Britannic Assurance and the Littlewoods Shop Direct Group.
As Sales and Marketing Director, Phil, who is Six Sigma trained, handles Close Credit Management's sales and marketing teams as well as the pro-active development and management of the companies major clients through appointed client development managers.
His dedicated teams enable the company to drive process improvements through regular contact and needs assessments with prospects and clients, therefore maximising all business development opportunities for both parties.
It is one of Phil's responsibilities to ensure that through the implementation and development of these rigorous processes and supporting structures, that Close Credit Management focuses all effort, resources and activities to achieving our goal of "satisfying the needs of our clients profitably".
