Operations Director

Grahame took over as Operations Director from Martin Smith in May 2008, in order to release Martin to concentrate solely on regulatory issues and debt purchase opportunities.

Having previously worked for debt collection and credit service companies in Scotland and Yorkshire , as well as holding a regional manager post for Nat West Bank, where he was responsible for looking after the South West of England, Grahame has extensive knowledge of collections and since his arrival at Close Credit Management in 2006, has launched a number of innovative collections strategies, primarily within the consumer market, with the aim of increasing the company’s market share within this sector by 2009.

With a growing demand for more dynamic consumer debt collecting, Grahame’s wealth of experience within the industry is already helping a number of clients to stop debtors spiralling out of control with their finances.

Responsible for service development and continuous performance improvement, Grahame and his team blend industry-leading technology with individual development programmes for our entire workforce.
